We assign fundraisers a Rocket Express Car Wash based on proximity, so you get to blast off using the Rocket within your community!
The selected location is based on your organization's address and the nearest Rocket Express location entered in the interest form.
You can check your request status by logging into your account and selecting "My Request" in the side menu. You will see the status of your request and the location it was assigned to.
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. If you have not received an update after 5 days or need an urgent response, you can send a message through the system or contact the assigned Rocket Express Car Wash location directly.
Yes! Rocket Express Car Wash proudly supports community organizations through our fundraising programs. Simply submit a fundraiser request, and a Team Member will reach out to sort out all the details.
All Rocket Express fundraisers consist of preselling our car washes, which are redeemable at your community's assigned Rocket Express Car Wash location.
We'll issue you a unique, designated fundraiser code that all participants will use to presell washes specifically for your organization. 50% of the proceeds from Shoot the Moon and Rising Star car washes sold during your event (using your code!) will be donated directly to your organization.
A Stripe account is required to partner with us for a fundraiser - learn more about that here. Raised funds will be deposited into this Stripe account weekly during your fundraiser period.
We partner with a variety of non-profit organizations, including schools, sports teams, faith-based organizations, first responders, military support groups, animal shelters, and community health initiatives.
We do not offer fundraisers for individuals, political activities, or for-profit organizations.
You must set up a Stripe account for your organization to host a fundraiser through Rocket Express. If it does not have one, contact your leadership team for your account information and set up before completing the request form.
Fundraisers are able to be held at any time of year! Submit your request, and our team will work with you to set the time frame that works best for your organization.
We recommend scheduling one at a time and evaluating its success before planning additional fundraisers.
We've found that the most successful fundraisers run for a period of two months, though we're happy to work with your organization to best serve your unique needs. Indicate your preferred timeframe in your request, and our team will work with you to finalize the details.
Absolutely! Digital flyers and promotional materials will be sent via email once your fundraiser is approved. Feel free to include them in email blasts, newsletters, or print them out!
If additional promotional items are needed, please discuss this with the Rocket Express Car Wash Team Member supporting your event.
You may cancel your fundraiser with at least 72 hours' notice before the first day of your scheduled selling period by notifying the Rocket Express Team Member supporting your event. Your request status will then be updated to "Canceled."
Your donation portion will be sent to your Stripe account weekly. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
Qualifying Shoot the Moon and Rising Star wash sales supporting your fundraiser must be purchased using your unique code, either online or in our app. Meaning, your organization can sell car washes anytime, anywhere (within your selling period, of course)!
The washes you sell during your fundraiser period can be used at any time, exclusively at the Rocket Express Car Wash location that partnered with your fundraiser.

Just visit your local Rocket Express and let a Team Member know that you currently have a membership and need to update your vehicle information. We’ll take care of everything and provide you with a new RFID tag on the spot! You can also update your vehicle info in the app or through your online account, but you'll still have to go to your local Rocket Express to pick up the new RFID tag.
Unfortunately, no-can-do. Each membership is tied to a specific car. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow that vehicle to be recognized, open the gate arm, and trigger the correct wash type. We only issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and won’t scan properly.
We do offer multiple vehicle discounts in the Rocket Express app! No matter your membership tier, add up to 5 additional vehicles to your account for just $20 a month. Download our app for all the details.
As a reminder, our Membership Terms of Use prohibit the resale or transfer of membership plans or RFID stickers to another vehicle or person. Additionally, dealer plates are prohibited from personal membership plans.

Open up the Rocket Express app and click "More" (the three dots in the bottom-right corner). Click on "User Settings" and from there, you can select "Manage Membership" to adjust your current membership plan, or "Manage Payment Methods" to add or change payment info.
On the very bottom of the screen while in the app, click on the "Garage" button (indicated by an icon of a car with another behind it). From there you can add and switch between vehicles.
You'll earn points whenever you make a purchase in the app. It's that simple! 1 point = 1 dollar spent in the app. Keep an eye out for Double Points Days—on those days, you'll earn double the points for every in-app purchase.
You can also earn points in our Spin to Win game. Once a day, go to the "Games" tab and open the Spin It! prize wheel. Then click to spin! You have a chance to win bonus points and $5 bill credits that will immediately go to your account.
