Rocket Express is committed to championing schools, athletic teams, and 501(c)(3) organizations every step of the way. That's why we make fundraisers so easy! Just set your selling period and goal amount and 50% of each wash sold will cruise directly into your account every week.
How It Works

Eager to get your fundraiser off to the races? Follow these four simple steps and you'll be on your way!
1. Fill out the form
This is where we'll collect all the info needed to get you rolling. Tip: have the location of your local ZIPS handy!
2. Rocket gets in touch
Once you've filled out the form, we'll take the wheel! A Team Member from your local Rocket Express will be in touch with all the details.
3. Promote your fundraiser
To help, we'll send you some complimentary promotional materials. Spread the word far and wide!
4. Make money!
During your fundraiser period, 50% of the proceeds from ANY wash purchased with your code are sent directly to your organization electronically, every week.

Yes! Rocket Express Car Wash proudly supports community organizations through our fundraising programs. Simply submit a fundraiser request, and a Team Member will reach out to sort out all the details.
All Rocket Express fundraisers consist of preselling our car washes, which are redeemable at your community's assigned Rocket Express Car Wash location.
We'll issue you a unique, designated fundraiser code that all participants will use to presell washes specifically for your organization. 50% of the proceeds from Shoot the Moon and Rising Star car washes sold during your event (using your code!) will be donated directly to your organization.
A Stripe account is required to partner with us for a fundraiser - learn more about that here. Raised funds will be deposited into this Stripe account weekly during your fundraiser period.
We partner with a variety of non-profit organizations, including schools, sports teams, faith-based organizations, first responders, military support groups, animal shelters, and community health initiatives.
We do not offer fundraisers for individuals, political activities, or for-profit organizations.
You must set up a Stripe account for your organization to host a fundraiser through Rocket Express. If it does not have one, contact your leadership team for your account information and set up before completing the request form.
Absolutely! Digital flyers and promotional materials will be sent via email once your fundraiser is approved. Feel free to include them in email blasts, newsletters, or print them out!
If additional promotional items are needed, please discuss this with the Rocket Express Car Wash Team Member supporting your event.
Your donation portion will be sent to your Stripe account weekly. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
Qualifying Shoot the Moon and Rising Star wash sales supporting your fundraiser must be purchased using your unique code, either online or in our app. Meaning, your organization can sell car washes anytime, anywhere (within your selling period, of course)!
The washes you sell during your fundraiser period can be used at any time, exclusively at the Rocket Express Car Wash location that partnered with your fundraiser.
Only Shoot the Moon and Rising Star car washes will count toward your fundraiser. Washes purchased are sent directly to your organization electronically, every week.
While purchases of Shoot the Moon and Rising Star washes can support your fundraiser, please note that gift card sales, Lunar Landing, and Launch Pad washes do NOT count toward your proceeds.
